Banana Pepper (Capsicum annuum)

Banana Pepper (Capsicum Annuum): Hungarian variety of slightly spicy chilli pepper, it displays a very light green colour that turns yellow and then red when fully ripe.

The fruit has a mild spiciness and a complex taste; it is good raw for jar conservation, as often done in its origin country, or cooked for other recipes.

Even if the flavor is close to the chili pepper, its cultivation is more similar to regulsr peppers.

Its germination does not require constant high temperatures and the plant is very early, it will be ready first than the others; the plant is productive and will produce fruits up to the arrival of the cold months.

Suitable for pot cultivation too.
