Red Tuvagliedda Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)

Brown Tuvagliedda Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris): a climbing variety typical of Basilcata, one of the wildest regions in Italy.  They come from Sarconi, a small town, where they have IGP denomination, special title awarded to high quality products from a specific area. They are  beautiful and tasty, they are used in many recipes, because they are flavourful and have a velvety texture. They are all traditional and ancient ecotypes, selected over the years for their taste and strength. Maturation takes 60 days from transplantation. A real Italian excellence on your table.
